I love sandwiches but I rarely go to sandwich shops because not only is it very easy but it is also cheaper to make your own at home. Also, most local restaurants use sweet mayonnaise and pickles which I'm not too fond of. This week though, I found myself dining at two good sandwich restaurants - Oliver's and Earle's. Yes, they have great food but I still think it's always better at home :)
The basics: smoked chicken from Earle's, veggies, mayonnaise, mustard, wheat pandesal and cheese
And there's your sandwich! Simple but yummy :)
This one is good for us who are watching the carb intake. I love wheat bread and I think this one is delicious sandwich.
ReplyDelete@chica - yes :) and one good thing about making your own sandwich is that you know what's in it... just the right amount of mayo, no extra salt or other things that can ruin a diet :D
ReplyDeleteI'd like to stay for a while, but for some reason I just got really hungry...gotta go grab a snack!
