para sa tabi

I hardly take public transportation because I am fortunate enough to live in a place where almost all the spots that I need to go to is accessible by walking. Megamall is around 10 to 15 minutes away. The same goes for Podium, Galleria and Shangri-la mall. There is also a post office and about 10 different ATM machines in the vicinity. Yay for that!

Anyway, I really amazed to discover this site called ParaSaTabi.com. I was actually looking for the best way to get the the wet market on google and was lucky enough to stumble upon this site! And instead of just one route, i ended up having 4 options :) The site is very easy to use too. All you have to do is type in the destination that you want to go to and then they will give you a list of the possible routes that you can take to get there. Not all major destinations are on the database yet - that is why i think they need our help in adding more information to the site. Hopefully someday it will be as efficient as the Gothere website that I LOVED using when I was living in Singapore :)

Be a responsible pet owner

I love cats! And I'm pretty sure that everybody knows that by now :) If I could take on 100 cats I would but unfortunately I do not have the proper house nor do I have the funds to do that. Animal population control is a serious problem here in the Philippines. I mean, how many times have we encountered news on animal cruelty and neglect?

Anyway, I'd like to share the news about a wonderful project headed by the UP Vet Med. Details and poster below:
