Happy 100th!

It was my grandfather's 100th birthday last August 5.  He has been gone for more than a decade but the family got together to celebrate his birth.
100 candles!  I think this is the first time I've seen this number on a cake :)
The birthday mass was celebrated by Father Dick.  He's been a part of family events for years now.
He prepared gifts for everyone!
What was inside the envelope - crunchy Cloud 9!
After dinner my lola performed for us.  Lola Lucing is 97 years old and she plays the piano everyday!
Father Dick sang a few songs too (with Tita Cecile on the piano).
Happy 100th, lolo!  We miss you!

  5. Wow, that's a century! My lola was 96 when she passed away last year, and my lolo who's still kickin' it is 94 now :) I think their generation is a lot healthier than ours, what with pollution, fast food and unhealthy lifestyle nowadays :|
