Do you plan your meals for the week? I do a lot of cooking so I make it a point to organize my schedule and try to think of ways to be more efficient. A huge chunk of my Saturday morning was spent slicing, mixing, mincing. At the end of the day I had jars filled with pesto, minced garlic, crushed ginger with green onions and shredded carrots. I also had about 20 cups of chicken stock and several types of marinated chicken. Yum :)
Bibimbap without the rice (we're limiting our carb intake so yup no rice). It was easy to make considering that I had a lot of the stuff needed ready - just had to prep the spinach, sprouts and the fried egg.
