I love sinigang na hipon - especially if it's the very very sour kind! This was my very first attempt at cooking sinigang and I am very happy to say that it was a success :) Actually, how can you go wrong if you have the instant sinigang mix! haha :) I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't find any kamias, big green sili and kang kong in the grocery. Oh well, next time!
