We want this kitten

My little sister pointed out this cute little baby while we were walking home this afternoon.

He hides under the foot bridge during the day.  Not sure where his mommy was when we took the photo but the street cleaner told us that he sleeps beside the other strays at night.

Look at that cute face!  We want to bring him home but I'm not so sure how it will work out.  Our place is very small plus we've already exceeded the allowed number of pets (supposedly just 1 per unit).  Our place is very cramped too.  Hopefully someone can give him a forever home.

Balancing act

Woke up really early today and almost had a heart attack when I saw Kumo walking on the rail of our balcony!  I've never had this problem with Nugget before - for obvious reasons of course :D  Should I do something about it?  We are 7 floors up so I am really worried that he might slip or something :(

I know cats are natural acrobats but...

So adorable and yummy too!  I just hope we had these here in Manila too.

I just want to play

Nugget and Kumo have been getting along really well.

But there are times when I think Nugget's patience is being tested.

The other day I saw Nugget get "attacked" while he was peacefully grooming himself.

"No, Kumo!  I don't want to play!"

"I'm warning you!"

 

Uh-oh!  Baby Kumo is scared :D

Discovering new flavors.  Look at this coconut flavored Ferrero!  I live in a tropical country but somehow I always think that coconut flavored chocolate is exotic.

Thank you, 2010

2010 has been a great year for me.  Sure there were a lot of problematic days, but over all I think my year was good.  Special thanks to my family, friends (both in real life and online) and the kitties!  I'm posting a rundown of my year and the things I am thankful for.  Please feel free to post your 2010 list/2011 resolutions on the comments section below :) 

January

 We welcomed the year by attending the Sinulog festival in Cebu.  

Rode Crowne Regency's Edge coaster for the second time and marveled at the view of Cebu city from the 38th floor!

 

KaEskwela's very successful writing workshop in Wawa High school, Montalban. 

February 

Got a quick ride on a hot air balloon during the Hot Air Balloon Festival in Subic.

Won a spa package with overnight accommodation in Edsa Shangri-la (YAY!)

Went to Baguio for the PMA weekend

Erman and I decided to buy our own place here in the city.  It's tiny but it's a great start for us :)
