I think Erman and I are off to a good start this year with our slow carb
meals :D We are also making more healthy smoothies now. My fave blends are: 1. celery, pineapple and cucumber 2. spinach, ice and coconut oil 3. apple, celery and ginger.
The next goal in our get healthy list is a slow juicer - especially after watching
Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. But in the mean time, I wish that I'll be lucky enough to win in

Beets. Carrots. Ginger. Pineapple). Yum :) I guess I also need to start reading about composting because there is a lot of peelings, seeds left over after juicing. I will also need a lot of
plastic bins for those :D
