I've been thinking about dumplings lately. So glad that I finally had the chance to make some this afternoon for lunch.
It took me a while to prepare all the veggies, but it's okay since the end product is really yummy!
The filling I made is a mix of finely minced mushrooms, carrots, onions, turnips, garlic and spinach. I also added sesame oil and oyster sauce. I didn't follow a recipe for this one so I don't have exact measurements. It's always like this when I cook but I steamed a couple of test dumplings before making a lot just to be sure.
I need to practice my dumpling folding skills!Freshly steamed! I also made chili garlic sauce to go with the dumplings. Yum :)

ReplyDeleteAng sarap naman! Have you tried using those dumpling-makers from Saizen/Japan Home Center? It might save you the hassle of folding the dumplings. :)
